1st XI do the double!

The 1st XI secured the Middlesex County Cricket League division 3 title with a win over Harrow Town. This marked a remarkable run for Sahil Kher’s team, who were languishing in mid-table at the halfway stage of the season. A run of six straight wins has seen Acton climb the table and secure the title with a round of fixtures still to play!

The MCCL league title follows last weekend’s victory in the West London Whack regional T20 tournament. On a busy finals day, Acton scraped past Brentham in the semi-finals before romping home against Chiswick to secure their third consecutive West London Whack championship. Well done to captain Sahil Kher and the rest of the team!
